Sense 2 stopped working a couple months ago. Started flashing blue with logo then red X. When I would connect to charger it would work temporarily. Now it does nothing unless connected to charger. The charger is the fitbit charger and it does say 100% charged. I also did a factory reset and that did not work either. This is my second fitbit in 3 years. My first just stopped working completely just after a year. And now this one, which is only around 2 years that I've had it. Don't know if it's user error or if it's a fitbit error. I just want to be able to fix it.

This exact thing just started happening to mine too, about the same age would love some guidance on what to do to restore it
