I have contacted customer service, it's been over two months now that they say, "it's a problem we are aware of and are working on..." What kind of engineers take 2+ months to fix a known issue?! Bad ones, imho. I'm beyond angry. Are they going out of business or something....? That they can't take care of their customers???
If I fall asleep at 9pm, but it puts it on the previous day as a "nap", and I delete it and add it to the "night", it just shows NOTHING. No deep, no REM, NOTHING. I need this since I have OSA... And GOOGLE Is FAILING me. What is the fricking problem???? Already did all the factory resets, delete app, reinstall, clear data, clear cache, in MULTIPLE orders, MULTIPLE times. Still get THIS. Soo unbelievably angry at Google .
