New Sense 2 arrived yesterday. WTH? I am so upset. It is halfway working. Nothing is fully working. I’m being told my heart rate cannot be consistent and it’s tight enough. Exercise not automatic. I know how to set this up. Several suggesting I have to delete Fitbit, delete all items in my Bluetooth on my phone, restart everything….blah, blah, blah. It’s new. I shouldn’t have to go through all of these changes when it’s a new product. Had my little Fitbit (I don’t remember which one) for several years. I wanted more info readily available on my screen, a bigger screen. , calls are nice BUT I’m sending it back. I am entirely disappointed. This was supposed to be my Christmas gift.
