Does anyone know if Sense2 is able to get notifications from the Ring Home Security app? My old Versa 1 did. And what is with the short USB charging wire. Totally useless.

Thanks Guy. My Versa 1 is still working so haven't setup Sense 2 yet. The Fitbit Team is suppose to email me a response. Appreciate your answer.

Well received my email. So I spent $200 on a new Sense 2 and now Fitbit just stops fixing issues. So it's going back. I'm very disappointed and annoyed with their response. Does anyone know which product does allow Ring Home Security notifications. I don't even know what third party apps they are talking about.

@DoreenAP- if the Ring app on your phone raises a notification on the phone, 3rd party apps are not required on the watch [and it doesn't support them], so it may be a misunderstanding.
It can be defined in Notifications -> App notifications for the device.
A Sense will almost certainly work with Ring notifications and if you want more flexibility this may be a better solution anyway.

My phone does allow me to pick which apps send me notifications so that should work. Can you explain what Fitbit means by this email and clock faces? I haven't touched my new Sense 2 yet.

@DoreenAP I think Support misunderstood your question. I apologize if I'm misreading it, too. I recently upgraded from a Versa 3 to a Sense 2. I don't use Ring Doorbell, but getting app notifications is very important to me. This is how I read your question. If your Ring Doorbell is on this page, then I'm confident it will show up when you add your Sense 2.
App Notifications
If you are an iPhone user, this list will be blank when you set up your Sense 2. Apps appear after you receive your first notification.
I agree with you about the charging cable.

As an update the Versa 2 does give notification for Ring Home Security. I'm all set. Thanks Fitbit Community.
