Sense 2 notifications are not working properly

I have reset my phone, deleted the app, constantly trying to repair the fitbit, but I'm not able to keep the notifications from my phone going to the sense 2.  

 

Previously, once I have redownload the app I can usually get the notifications back, but that hasn't worked as of lately.  

This is very annoying as that's partly why I got this fitbit. 

Anyone have any luck with this?

I have just bought a sense 2 and I have tried everything to get any message notifications to my watch and I am getting no where? This is the major reason why I got the watch…. Think I’ll have to take mine back and get something different
