Hi,
the on wrist calls function refuses to work and am keen for any suggestions as to how to make it connect.
I’ve paired it via Bluetooth, paired the calls extra Bluetooth bit, ensured calls is on in notifications, reset both watch and Bluetooth connections. Everytime it removes the ‘disabled’ next to on-wrist calls and the watch syncs it then resets back to disabled! Starting to pull out my hair it’s so frustrating.
why does it keep disabling everytime it syncs with my phone (iPhone) and how can I stop this?

Have you installed the latest firmware? see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

I am not able to answer calls either. I've also been trying to get help on the Google Maps tile not being on the app. I've even done a factory reset on my watch and reinstalled the app on my phone. I'm on the current version. None of these things, including following support's steps, have solved the issue. It's amazing to me how much time I've spent with support and no one can fix the issues!

I have the sense 2 since yesterday. I tried everything and it is still not working . Driving me crazy...
