After 10 months my sense to quit taking ECG. I only purchased this because my doctor said I needed this to prevent heart failure from becoming a death sentence. I needed to be able to take the ECG when needed. Contacted customer support. All I got was a run around with lots of silly obstacles that never got worked out. I will not buy a Fitbit again and I recommend other people don't. They do not back up their product as you can see by many of the posts on this site.

I updated my Fitbit because my heart doctor said I needed to have an ECG option. The ECG quit working after about 10 months. I contacted support and have gotten the runaround for the last 2 months. They clearly have created many obstacles and are not willing to back up their warranty. I am done with Fitbit moving to a better product.
