After 10 months my sense to quit taking ECG. I only purchased this because my doctor said I needed this to prevent heart failure from becoming a death sentence. I needed to be able to take the ECG when needed. Contacted customer support. All I got was a run around with lots of silly obstacles that never got worked out. I will not buy a Fitbit again and I recommend other people don't. They do not back up their product as you can see by many of the posts on this site.
Best AnswerI updated my Fitbit because my heart doctor said I needed to have an ECG option. The ECG quit working after about 10 months. I contacted support and have gotten the runaround for the last 2 months. They clearly have created many obstacles and are not willing to back up their warranty. I am done with Fitbit moving to a better product.
