I’ve been having trouble with my new Sense 2 randomly restarting. It’s been happening since I got it on December 26. I could be laying or sitting down and then notice my Fitbit flashing the Fitbit logo, or I could be looking through stuff on my Fitbit and it also restarts, the screen turning black and then flashing the Fitbit logo. When it does restart though, it stops tracking stuff during that time making it impossible for it to read my heart rate and something’s it can happen very often maybe every 5-10 minutes, and then other times it rarely does it. It also has a hard time syncing.

Hi @Brocky194 - if you are not using a Fitbit clock face, try changing to one in case it is a clock face fault.
If not, it may be faulty. As it is a recent purchase Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
This gives you the option to choose whatever you buy at perhaps a cheaper price in sales.
