Sense 2 readiness score stuck on 1

My Sense 2 is not syncing the readiness score, even though wearing it for more than 2 weeks. I have tried everything: delete the app and reinstall it again, turn on and off the readiness score on the main screen, deleted the data, but anything worked. I’m so disappointed because one of the reasons why I got Sense 2 was the readiness score. Waiting for a solution.
