Brand New Sense 2 arrived today, after going through the set-up process and charging to 100% as advised, the watch started restarting every 2 to 3 minutes randomly. Contacted FitBit Cust support and went through 45 min of troubleshooting including factory resets and changing clock face et all. Nothing, still keeps rebooting at random. Reading through the web I see this is not only a widely spread and known issue but also a very old one with threads as far back as 2020. Yet FitBit has not been able to solve it yet not has had the sense to recall/stop selling the device. For a piece of tech worth over $250 and a Brand such as FitBit this is less than Poor. Will be returning my watch in the morning and going for a different brand. Utter utter disgrace of an item

Yes mine started doing this yesterday, having had couple Fitbit watches and had good luck with them, although i did have the one that i had to purchase a new charger every 6 months, due to the pins losing their spring movement, but that was doable. liked the newer options on this one, my downfall was i did not purchase any warranty, so now 90 days later, not working, out the extra money, and i have given my old ones away. Fitbit did absolutely nothing. Guess ive been converted to an Apple!!!

Update on my issue, Fitbit wanted me to look into my warranty as there was nothing they could do. After a few hours I’d just leaving it charging and walking away from it, I was randomly able to restart it, loaded a new clock face and has been working great. I truly believe it was an update in their end even though they say no update was showing. But when I did get it rebooted it said to leave it for an update which took approximately 20 minutes which I find highly unusual. So far so good, but I tell you I had an Apple Watch all set in my shopping cart.
