Noticed tonight on the watch whilst I was on a walk the steps was counting fine, then it rolled back the number by a few 100 steps. Kept going til I hit my target 10k, watch buzzed at me with the graphics to show I’d hit my goal. Now the watch has rolled back again. App still shows right number. I’ve reset the watch & it’s not changing- any help?

I just went through 4 10,000 step celebrations - ugh. My phone data was correct but lost my 9 am step count (even though the watch showed that I achieved the 250 steps). I did a watch restart after the second time losing steps but that didn't help as it did it twice more. Very frustrating to say the least.

Can I get an update as to when the issue of losing steps will be fixed?
I've seen a lot of posts from people who are having the same issue as me on losing steps over the last couple months. For me, the number of steps drop both on the app and my watch. After reading through numerous items, I cannot find anything giving a current update as to when this issue will be fixed.
