The reminders to move stopped working on my Sense 2, I've done ALL updates for the watch and the app. Done all updates for my phone as well and still nothing. I've contacted support and they're not help either as they want me to go through all the steps I've already done and still can't get it working. Anyone else have this issue?
Issue seems to have started in the past 2 weeks. All notifications are on as are the reminders to move set to on. Any ideas on how to get this fixed would be great!
I've also noticed that the watch no longer notifies me when it's tracking a walk like it used to, issue started at the same time as the reminders to move stopping so wonder if they're related or if my watch is an issue at this point.

This happened to me once when I inadvertently hit the 'Do not disturb' function on the watch. Any chance that's the case with yours?

Hi @Fitnessbabejasm - in effect, the new app has numerous problems, syncing being one of them and if the watch is not syncing properly you may not be notified of various things.
If your watch is on firmware 194.86 it seems that it no longer makes reminders to move, at least it doesn't on my watch even after restarting it..

Hi @lbpphil - with the issues you have it might be wise to chat with customer support via the Fitbit App Help support & section to get them sorted.
Also check your Fitbit App, App settings Units to make sure you are in Calories and restart your watch to sync fully.

Surprisingly enough that feature was on even though I never turned it on. Found it after doing a full reset and update on watch and app just in case and now everything works just fine again like it used to. Support was of no help I stumbled across this on my own, go figure. -

Check to make sure your Do Not Disturb feature isn't on (not on your phone but on your Fitbit) as that was my issue and now everything works again. Also ensure you've done all necessary updates on the watch and app.

Support was actually useless and of no help, I managed to fix it myself.
