I bought the Sense 2 a little over a year ago and purchased the extended warranty because I was so thrilled with how convenient it was when I had a Versa. I was able to send photos and FitBit would just send me a new pebble, no need to send back the old one. Now I have to send the old Sense back because the electrode plates on the back fell off and be watchless for 2 weeks while I wait for them to send me a replacement? After I already sent confirmation photos with the case number displayed in the photo. That's just ridiculous. I know I'll never buy the warranty again and I'm seriously looking into other smart watch brands that aren't affiliated with Google.

Hello, @WalkinLady, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about your process of replacing your Sense 2.
I was able to confirm you contacted support via email and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
