Sense 2 having to reset frequently and battery issue

Hello 👋

I have had my Fitbit Sense 2 for two years now and I loved it. I was unhappy with the "downgraded" sleep tracking app last year but i still was happy with the product.

Now since September or beginning of October I have been having battery issues or it just quits even with battery life. 

One of the great things about my Fitbit was the long battery life. I would wear daily and it would last 5 to 7 days no problem. Now since the last update I have been having nothing but problems. I am lucky to get two days on a battery charge and sometimes it quits working. Today the last time it synced to the Fitbit app it had a battery life of 89% and all of a sudden it stopped working today. Dead. It wasn't until I came home to put it on charger that it reconnected and synced at 89% dropped to 43% and then quit working again.

So frustrating! I have reset the watch multiple times and un-installed and reinstalled the Fitbit App. I have yet to find a solution. 

So frustrating, if it is not broken don't fix it! It was working great prior to the new update. Now, I can't even depend on it for telling time let alone all the other great features.

Any ideas?

That’s exactly what has happened to me also I’ve now got a blank screen and doing absolutely nothing so any help would be much appreciated thanks.  Susan x

I have narrowed down with this occurs.

Today I had to take off the Bluetooth setting on my phone, when I did my sense 2 stopped working and black screen. The other morning it was too far from my phone and it stopped working black screen.

Help!
