Sense 2 restarting by itself over and over again

I have this issue with the watch I got today, I have installed and synced with the app. But, once the first time installation was done the watch keeps restarting over and over again every time I try to synk the app and watch which also drains the battery. Is there any fix for this?

Hi @Datty - this happens to me with some clock faces, if you are not on the original one. Try turning off the phone Bluetooth and see if it stops rebooting.

This happened right after I got it installed and updated, so it should have been the original watch interface.

No it did not, I have returned it to the retailer now, hopefully they are able to figure it out
