  • Even if I click synchronization, it cannot be displayed on the watch.
  • Rebooting and reseting also useless.
  • Just wait for it to recover on its own.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with the weather app on your Sense 2.
As a first attempt to hopefully get things fixed, please check this for troubleshooting:

As it is especially important to have GPS set up properly for the weather app to be working as it should, please have a closer look here to see how that's done:

How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

I am having the same issue. I have the current weather location and two other cities set in the Fitbit app however after syncing they don't show up on my Fitbit sense 2 watch screen. Only the current location shows after 30 minutes of syncing and waiting. I tried all your steps. Please advise me what I should do next? Thanks
