Very disappointed in my Fitbit Sense 2 due to deep scratches on watch face. I understand that this is a huge problem. I have heard that other complaints went to the support team with no satisfactory fix. Never buying another fitbit.

I'm sorry to hear that. 

Unfortunately glass scratches under the right conditions. Whether it be Fitbit or another brand, glass is glass.

I think you will find that most manufacture warranty will not cover such wear and tear, or minor cosmetic damage. Some companies might offer a replacement as a good will gesture, but it's not a given.

I always try to use screen protectors wherever possible as they are much easier to replace.
