Sense 2 screen blank

Right so I have a brand new sense 2. It was all working fine then I changed the clock face that was fine I then stuck it on charge and now it won't come back on I stupidly disconnected it from the app, so now the sense 2 won't restart ive tried the troubleshooting, ie even brought another charger but nothing, it does do the troubleshooting then it goes to come on with the logo then it doesn't, and sometimes it still pops up on my phone to connect to it but. I can't as I can't see the pin number, it's a weird one, any help would be appreciated

 it comes up with this so it Must be on but then the screen isn't on for me to type in the code on the app,

Hi @Benianb - customer support should help but press and hold the watch button for 10 seconds till the display comes on and then blanks or it vibrates, release and wait for the logo to appear and it to start.

If this doesn't happen it may be faulty and best to get a refund rather than a replacement if customer support can't fix it. You then have the option how to proceed.

Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
