Sense 2 screen is blank

My fit bit sense 2 is blank after I removed it to get a heart (afib) procedure done. Battery is charge.

I can see icon does it restart, X shows up then another icon then goes blank.

The sense 2 screen is blank so does not show battery icon, progress bar.  Shows nothing including the pairing code. After rebooting.

Please help because I need it for my Afib

Yes. Tech support told me to ship it back to get repaired.
