Sense 2 screen brightness is too dim

Every time I select the brightness it auto adjusts back to dim, sleep mode is not turned on. When I flip through the brightness settings it will briefly flash brighter and go back to dim if I touch the screen. Is there a fix for this? Just spent 200 dollars and I'm disappointed.

Hi @samungan - this has been signalled as a problem.

If you just setup your watch you may not be on the latest firmware, due to another issue with the setup.

If you wait a few days it will come or you can do a factory reset from the settings menu now but be patient once started. Sync first though.

You can check in the watch Settings, About Sense 2, System info if you have 194.86 or not.
