Sense 2 screen came open

The watch face came open. It is just out of warranty so Fitbit won’t do a fix. This is my 4th watch each more expensive almost $300 for this one. all of them only lasted 2 years Disgusting. I have never worn the watch in water but the black glue has disintegrated. You’ve just lost a customer

Hi @LindaZilpha - unfortunately this has been a recurring issue and a better glue doesn't seem to have been implemented on these watches. It can also deteriorate over time and use.

If you had got it wet the watch would have stopped working before the face fell off as it obviously wasn't making a good seal.
