Sense 2 screen frozen

My sense 2 screen on my watch is frozen on steps clock face only.

I can press side button and it brings up screen to select settings, exercise, ECG in list format. I cannot scroll or select any option on this screen.

My Fitbit is fully charged on 100% and has recently synced 2 minutes ago.

How do I use my fit bit now? Thanks

PS. I have the spectrum clock face.

I'm sorry to read you are having this issue with your Fitbit Sense 2, let's get this back on track! 

So, basically I'd like to suggest performing a restart to your watch. Please keep the button pressed for 10 seconds or follow the instructions here. You can also try changing the clock face, please be aware that getting back to the Spectrum clock face is always a possibility.
