Sense 2 screen keeps turning off

I have a brand new Fitbit sense 2. The display time is set up to 10secs yet in the middle of scrolling, sometimes even after two seconds of constant screen touching, display turns itself off. This is extremely annoying. Anyone can help how to fix it or does it mean the watch is faulty? 

I tried resetting the watch and turning off and on. It's also on a default clock.

Hi @1Basia - others have seen this problem and if you factory reset with the default face and it stil does it a refund or a refurbished replacement under warranty are your options, as the watch is likely faulty.

However first pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons to make sure it's not in Sleep mode.
