Only had my sense 2 since Christmas. Will not sync to my app, tried resetting it. Showed a red cross a couple of times, now it's only showing a black screen or the fitbit logo

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the screen of your Sense 2.
I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
