My sense 2 battery started going flat in about 2 hours last week then came good then the other day i woke up and it was off when i turned it back on the screen just reads 01/01/2000 ive tried all the hard reset deleted watch tried to install it again it gives me the code to enter then just keeps saying cant connect

Hi there, @Mark3214. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is still not connecting and not showing the correct date and time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As per the description of your post, it seems like a factory reset was done leading to a wrong date/date and not being able to sync your Sense 2. If you haven't done so yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Keep in mind that the time will be wrong if your Fitbit device hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

No this happened after it shut down the screen says sync with app which it wont do i went through all the trouble shooting and it says firmware or software fault?
