Mijn nieuwe Fitbit Sense 2 valt vaak uit, moet hem dan lang ingedrukt houden dan start hij weer op. Vandaag gaf hij een rood kruis?

My new Fitbit Sense 2 often cuts out, you have to hold it down for a long time and it starts up again. Today it gave a red cross?

Hey @Marietje welkom! Sorry but this forum only supports the English language. So your Sense 2 turns off by itself? If you call support they always ask two questions, did you try a restart? Press and hold the button until you get the Fitbit logo. And if that didn't work, did you perform a factory reset? Go to settings, scroll down to 'Over Sense 2' and do a factory reset. A fresh install may help any software issues out of the way.
