Hello, I've just purchased a Sense 2 Fitbit and the set up went well, but I find that the screen goes black after just a few seconds of scrolling....I've changed the timeout to ten seconds but it still turns black after just two or three seconds. This is really frustrating and I don't really want to go through the hassle of returning it to find the same issue

Have you tried restarting your Sense 2 to see if the screen time out sticks to the 10 seconds. You can restart it by pressing and holding the button for around 10 seconds, release it when you see the Fitbit logo.
Best AnswerYep, same issue. Had the same on the Versa 4, returned it and bought the Sense 2, same freakin issue.
So basically to sum up the Sense 2:
300 euro product and it is a disgrace on how many problems it has.
Best AnswerYou shouldnt have to change the clock face though to make a product function as intended. It should work without having to jump through hoops.
