The watch acting as if battery is dead. Nothing on the screen. Charging it overnight did not help. Dashboard view says it has battery power. Screen blank.

Hi @fwkeith3 - the battery could be flat - often there are charging cable problems or the watch needs cleaning - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
The dashboard view may be presenting a picture of when you last synced it and it has since completely drained.
It cannot sync with a flat battery so you can't get the current level, however if it is syncing with the dashboard and the battery is actually fully charged, there may be other issues.
If pressing the button or double tap the screen does not wake the display, try a restart. How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If nothing works it may be faulty. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is faulty you can get it replaced where you bought it under warranty.
