Sense 2 seems like stuck in boot mode

My fitbit sense 2 is not booting up. When plugged into its charger, it starts showing fitbit logo and ...well that's it.. all I see is that logo for as many hours it's plugged in (even 7-8 hours). I tried pressing the power button for 8-10 seconds, it turns black, I feel the vibration.. then it turns back on, shows the fitbit logo.. then it starts to blink with fitbit logo and then after 3-4 seconds, it shows a big Red :cross_mark: on screen and then goes black.. and then shows fitbit logo again.

No matter how many times I try, it's the same. Is there any fix? Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is not working well. Thank you for letting us know all the steps you have tried.

Hello,

I tried everything yet nothing works, could you suggest how can I chat with customer support. It's really confusing out there on the fitbit support page. I found no contact info for call support in India.
