Message Notifications not receive/ Premium not granted

I have got my new sense 2 today 

- ny what’s app is not linking neither are my messages so not receiving on the watch and only in my phone 

- I also started with my original account using the free 6 month subscription and now have a different email so don’t know if it’s got the subscription linked 

im so confused I want to delete everything and start again can this happen ? I actually can’t talk to a human

Let me help you with your notifications and your Premium subscription.

In regards to the notifications issue, please tell me if you are receiving any other kind of notifications. The issue with receiving notifications is related with Whatsapp and messages only?

In addition, please confirm you have follow the setup process for notifications described in our help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device.

You can check your Fitbit Premium subscription status with our self service management tool. If you don't have an active subscription in the Fitbit app, follow the instructions from our help article What should I know about Fitbit Premium? > Why don't I have an active subscription in the Fitbit app...
