Has anyone else had issues with the sensor falling off. I have contacted the help desk and been advised to send back and wait approximately 10 days for a possibly refurbished device! My sense 2 is only 9 months old and under warranty. Really not happy with fitbit customer service, it's always been excellent in the past.

Hi @SunsetRunner - unfortunately that's how warranty replacements work which means being WITHOUT a watch for days, even if you brought it yesterday, you have to wait to get an old watch.
How you can see the time or measure/log your health in the meantime is not possible.
