Sense 2 sensors are not working

I have raised a complaint about my Fitbit sensors malfunction in April 2023, still Fitbit is saying they assigned my case to team. It’s almost more than 3 months and they are not giving any response. When I ask this question that representative ended my chat. Don’t ever buy Fitbit devices it’s completely scam.
