Is there a way to put a time period so that the sence does not get emails from your phone? I don't need it while I'm asleep.

@utsahkaun , A warm welcome to the Community!  Thank you for your message. 

The Sense 2 has the 2 features that block the notifications during a period of time.  Don't disturb and Sleep mode. 

Swipe down on the main screen to see the quick settings. 
Please make sure that you only select 1 of them .
