Sense 2 showing the wrong time

After charging, the time is several hours off.

Thank you for sharing your concerns about the notification syncing on your Sense 2.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend following the steps outlined in this link: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

If you're still experiencing the issue, I recommend the following:

  1. Go to your Bluetooth settings.
  2. Next to the name of your device, you'll find a settings icon, tap on it.
  3. Tap on the "Forget device" option.
  4. A pop-up will appear asking you to pair the device, and you should tap on the "Allow" option.

If you continue to experience the issue after doing this, try setting up your device as new. How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Needs to be synced with your paired device again. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and let it connect.
