Sense 2 sleep data not showing in main dashboard

Hi, for the past 3 days the sleep data in the Fitbit app in the today dashboard isn’t showing, even after syncing my Fitbit. If I click on the sleep icon (which says no data, it takes me to the detailed sleep data which has been recorded. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to share the experience that you are having regarding sleep. Sorry to know the inconvenience.

I'd suggest you perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

I’m having the same issues for months now! 
no one has been able to correct it! Very annoying!! And the sleep data doesn’t update to the clock face either 

very disappointing service and product!
