The Fitbit sense 2 and Fitbit app has been acting up for me for months now!tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing fixed the problem. Fitbit support has been no help and they have been ignoring all my recent emails. Very disappointed with the product and the service!

Fitbit sense 2 less than a year old and it’s been acting up for months!
taking forever to sync to my iPhone 15 pro / when it does state that it’s sync not all data is synced. The sleep data icon is blank but if I open it the details will appear. Go back to the icon on main page and it’s blank. The data doesn’t sync to my clock face either
I have sent multiple emails to Fitbit support and they simply ignore them!they tried to assist when this first started happening but then they just gave up! And after looking in this forum it’s clear I am not the only one having these issues !!
this is unacceptable customer service and the product is sub par !

Hi @Missy8712 - it is probably the issues with the new V4 Fitbit App released in September 2023 that can have syncing problems for many, whereas you may have been used to the better syncing with the older app version.
Also a Sense 2 doesn't calculate some data (and doesn't even show some data) and needs to get it to the app and app to Fitbit servers and results back to the app then back to the watch. When syncing isn't working well or there are delays in calculation or transmission this can take several attempts before it finally works.
