Yesterday the watch only recorded my sleep from 12:54 am to 7:16 am. At 7:16 I had to get up to put some medication on some hives. Took me maybe 2 minutes and then I was back in bed and asleep within 5 minutes. Did not wake up until 10:30 am. The watch just blew off the last 3 hours. I was depending on this to help me with sleep issues. And you want me to join Premium but the base items don't even work. I DON"T THINK SO.
This came from United Health Care and it is a black one. Ugly on my arm since I am a small woman. I get up multiple times during the night and it has never dropped off the time after I climbed back in bed. I have had this watch about 3 months. Also, your band appears to be rubber which contains latex. Many many people are allergic to latex, including me

Same here. Yesterday my Sense 2 recorded my sleep from 8:46pm to 10:26pm and recorded it to yesterday. Then, it recorded my sleep from 11:37pm to 4:12am and recorded it to today. Then I went back to bed and slept another 2 1/2 hours. Not recorded at all. Is there a setting I need to adjust?

Personally I think the watch itself is not totally perfected, and neither is their app. Too bad because it had the potential to help me figure out just how little sleep I get. I have a heart condition and need a min of 7 hours sleep at night.
Also, when you open the app on the phone, sometimes I have to refresh it 3 - 4 times before it catches up, although that it not a cure because sometimes it never catches up.
