there are a few posts on the forums that have the same issues mentioned. Perhaps it’s not your device but possibly a more general issue. Did it coincide to you installing the new App? Do you also have missing heart rate data during the same time period?

This is also happening to me, so I read this post and found my answer.

@EL1 After you follow those steps did it solve your issue? Or is it still an intermittent issue?

On your App (not device) do you have gaps in the heart rate data displayed?

Doesn't look there are any gaps.

Hi,
Still not working despite all the suggestions.
Actually it worked for 2 days but stopped again.
Just don't know what else to do

@Dcaseieo If this helps; I found that turning Off Bluetooth on my phone overnight (disconnect the Fitbit Device from your phone) Then in the morning re establish the connection and sync the Fitbit App seems to work. I get full data then each day (so far) that I do that. Fingers crossed for you.
