Sense 2 sleep tracking issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've recently had my sense 2 replaced as it was no longer syncing for Calls, ECG sensor was extremely intermittent and my sleep tracking was off.

The replaced watch is still not correctly tracking my sleep. It provides no sleep stages and no sleep score.

I have tried every wearing position I can with no luck, sometimes so tight that it leaves a mark on my wrist as I thought maybe it was moving in my sleep.

I have reset the watch, reinstalled the app and ensured everything is updated and it's just not working.

Any advice as fitbit support are ignoring my emails...

Hi @Amyleigh_P welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you here.

Allow me to help you with the sleep tracking on your replacement Sense 2.

In order to get a sleep score, you need to receive sleep stages. If you didn’t get sleep stages, refer to What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? below the section "Why aren’t my sleep stages showing up today?"

On the other hand, i confirmed that you have already contacted our Fitbit Customer Service. I advise you to follow the process with them and always pay attention to your email inbox (maybe even the SPAM email) because they will contact you later by email. I suggest to have patience as responses via email may take between 24 and 48 hours.

I hope you can find the way to be back on track with your replacement device!
