Sense 2 still not charging--tried troubleshooting

I'm having the same issue as other Fitbit community members have mentioned in this forum with the Sense 2 not charging.

I've gone through and read through the troubleshooting tips and have tried everything (different charging cords, different UL-certified charging blocks, different outlets, cleaned all the contact points/connections, plastic film is gone, did the 10-sec reset, left the watch to "charge" at least 30 mins....) and nothing seems to be bringing the watch back to life.

I wear a fit bit to monitor my heartrate (I have a heart arrhythmia).  My Sense 2 has been dead since last Wednesday and I just happen to have a critical heart event the following day, Thursday.  I really would like to get this issue resolved--quickly.  Please advise! Your help is appreciated!

Hey, try to Update Your Fitbit and Device Software. May be it solve your problem and your Fitbit will start charging.
