Fitbit won't turn on after charging

  • Just shows the Fitbit icon
  • This problem has been ongoing for a long time
  • Tried resetting the watch, no joy
  • Is it a warranty issue? I just want to be able to use my watch? (Sense 2)

Hi @Lee_Yeomans - try holding the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and hopefully wait for it to start.

If still a problem try chatting with customer support via the Fitbit App Help & support section.

Are you sure the watch charges when you put it in charge? If it does, did you leave it on charge overnight?
