me to get up and walk my 250 steps every hour. I've tried all suggestions with no luck! What am I missing???

Thank you for taking the time to share this information with me regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with Sense 2. Sorry to know about this situation with reminders to move. 

As your Fitbit device receives notifications from your nearby phone to keep you informed, including calls, texts, meeting alerts, and app updates, your Fitbit app and phone must complain with several requirements:

  1. Update the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
  2. Make sure your Fitbit device is up-to-date. For instructions, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
  3. Make sure you installed the latest version of iOS. On your phone, tap Settings > General > Software update to see if an update is available.
