Sense 2 stopped tracking multiple items (sleep, readiness, skin temp variation, health metrics)

For the last 2 days my Sense 2 has not provided any data on sleep, readiness, several health metrics and skin temp variation. It was fine up to Sunday but no matter how often I have refreshed it doesn’t provide this data. I have checked and there are no firmware updates due. This is really getting irritating, the tracking is random since the app ‘update’ which is particularly awful for tracking and reviewing exercise now (my Mum still can’t see any activity history on her Fitbit). I am so fed up of not being able to rely on it (I have not separately logged details in the past as I could just look it up on the app but it has been totally unreliable recently and I think I will have to try a different brand soon!

Hi @Minitat - these may be issues with the new V4 Fitbit App but the following may help temporarily.

To avoid possible syncing issues try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or Fitbit watches on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
