Sense 2 stopped working

My sense 2 seems to be dead. App shows 50 percent charge. Help desk said to try a new charger BC two of the pins do look depressed. I have subsequently ordered a new charger which should arrive tomorrow.  In the meantime, how can I clean the receptors on my watch?  Many thanks!

@LowCountrykayak - if you have charged it 2 hrs with the new cable, try toggling Bluetooth off/on, Logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone and watch again, and sync.

Once it is syncing try changing the clock face.

Hi @LowCountrykayak - check in the app when the watch last synced because the 50% charge may be an old reading and the watch now simply needs charging.

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, nothing worked. I used a new
fitbit brand charger. Like my old one, not a knock off. The pins all
looked fine. I did get a slight vibration a few times when I attempted
to start the watch. Then I checked my fitbit app and it still says last
charge 6+ days ago. There's now way for me to sync bc the app is not
finding my phone. Bluetooth in my settings searching for my Sense but is
not finding it. I have done this many times and also checked every setting
I know.

My app is syncing with my Aria scale. If that helps you with advice.

Please let me know what I can do next. Thank you.

Thank you again. I tried all of this yesterday and this morning. I've
also already checked my wifi strength. Very strong.

Thanks again.   Once I get a sync and a charge, I'll try the face change!
