My Sense 2 stopped syncing a few days ago. I tried all suggestions but finally did a factory reset. It now won't do anything. I have the screen telling me to download the app, which I obviously have but can't move on. I've tried holding the button until the fitbit logo shows but it just goes back to the download app message. I've no idea what to do next. It's a fairly new watch, just 9 months old

I tried thexapp again no joy. I used the message chat and a l9vely lady tried to help but all things I've already done and surprise did not work. Her advice was to keep checking for updates to the app, not useful when a expensive item is now worse than useless.
Hi Same situation, my sense is showing in bluetooth but will still not sync with fitbit app soooo annoying.
Best AnswerI'm fed up with the lack of help from Google so I went on amazon and got a smart watch £23. As I can't keep my fingers crossed with no watch unable to log stats etc for a week now any longer. I shall see how I get on

Best AnswerHi viv88, I think I'm going to get a Garmin too. This is really crazy! One minute my Sense 2 syncs then it doesn't. I was hoping by now things would've been fixed!
Best AnswerHi Jackeroo123, I haven't checked into getting a refund. My Sense 2 is less then a year old. I think I'm going to get a Garmin as my primary watch. And use the fitbit Sense 2 as a backup. I need to have a reliable source for my fitness data. What I'm going through now is driving me crazy!

Best AnswerUpdate: I got it working. I used my old phone a moto and got it to connect... waited while it did a firmware update on the watch...then after getting the 4.28.3 update on the Samsung phone I was able to sync to the Samsung phone! It's been a long wait, but is currently connected!!!
