Sense 2 stops working after short time wearing

After short time that I'm wearing my Sense 2 (post change), It switchs off and It doesn't work anymore

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble turning your Fitbit Versa 4 on and I appreciate you trying some troubleshooting steps before reaching out.

As a first step, I'd like you to try cleaning the charging contacts on the back of the device using a toothbrush and a little water.

You'll also need to clean the pins on the charging cable. Use a cotton swab and a bit of rubbing alcohol, making sure no pieces of the swab get stuck in the pins.

Finally, you'll need to connect it to a different USB port or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
