A silver band on the back of my sense 2 fell off (seems to be a common issue). I am trying to contact support to see what my options are but when I go to the g.co/warrantyclaim site it just sends me in an endless loop and I never actually get to where I can talk to someone in support or submit a claim or anything. How are you guys reaching Google support about this issue?

Disregard, got someone on the phone but not sure how to delete this post now! (Obviously new here, lol)

Hello @frayden and welcome to the Community.  Did you start with this Fitbit Help Center page?  I don't recognize your URL as a Google page.
