A silver band on the back of my sense 2 fell off (seems to be a common issue). I am trying to contact support to see what my options are but when I go to the g.co/warrantyclaim site it just sends me in an endless loop and I never actually get to where I can talk to someone in support or submit a claim or anything. How are you guys reaching Google support about this issue?
