I purchased a sense2 a couple weeks ago, to replace my old charge Fitbit. I chose a high-end model because I wanted to take advantage of the stress management features. However, the stress breakdown score never shows up, despite the fact that I pay for premium, and I basically never take my Fitbit off.
Checking these forums, I see customers have been complaining for years about this problem with the stress breakdown not showing. This feature is the primary reason that I bought this model. The fact that this has been a problem for years is concerning.

Hi there, @JenniU.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and taking the time to check the forums. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Before anything else, I was checking your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. May I know if their suggestions worked? Does the issue persist even after updating your watch and the Fitbit app? Have you made sure to be logged into the correct Fitbit account?
Just in case you haven't done so, I'd recommend you to force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app, pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check your details one more time.
